We have had a great beginning to the school year so far! We have added new students to our class and have welcomed some returning students. I love the colorful group of personalities in our class. I can not wait to see what this year brings. Here is a small taste of what we have been up to this semester so far:
1. Works: This is Henry doing the Brown Stair work with pristine concentration and Freddy doing an excellent job matching the colors to his puzzle!
TeKai is working on pegs while Luciano scoops marbles with his spoon enhancing his coordination! Elizabeth is also hard at work learning how to remove and return lids to different types of containers.
2. Line Time: We have learned a lot of different things on the line already, including: body parts, what objects sink and float, phonograms, numbers and much more!
3. Recess and Lunch Time: Troll-E, Timok, and Moyra enjoy our playground at recess time.
All of the kids love gobbling up their lunches before nap time.
